Regional Business Manager – Nyeri County
Our company is looking for a skilled regional Business Manager to lead and supervise the work of our employees. He will be in charge of designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee company efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
- Establish the company’s goals and objectives.
- Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
- Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.
- Be in charge of representing our company by building a social media presence for our brands. Run social media advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original written and visual content.
- Assess overall company performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Business Management or other related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in agricultural field.
- Outstanding leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations.
- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
